Do you have a community-based research project, service initiative or service-learning course that needs extra momentum?
The Institute for Engaged Learning is accepting project applications for the 2026-27 Community Engagement Internship program. This is an opportunity to lead a high-impact project while mentoring a motivated undergraduate student.
The institute covers 100% of the intern’s wages up to 10 hours per week and simplifies the hiring process by posting the positions and providing a pre-screened pool of qualified student applicants. Mentors receive a $1,500 personal stipend for their guidance and expertise.
Applications from Indianapolis, Columbus and Fort Wayne are encouraged. The deadline to submit a project is Feb. 16.
