Accessible Educational Services is launching virtual weekly office hours for IU Bloomington faculty to provide a space for questions and collaboration about supporting students’ accessibility needs.

During the office hours, faculty can meet with an access coordinator to discuss the implementation of accessibility measures in the classroom or any other accessibility challenges. 

The fall 2025 office hours will be held via Zoom from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. Nov. 5, 13 and 21 and Dec. 1 and 9.

In addition to the weekly office hours, the Accessible Educational Services team can also give a brief presentation about how the unit supports students with qualifying medical conditions. To schedule a presentation, call Accessible Educational Services at 812-855-7578.
