The 2026 IU Research Data Commons Virtual Resource Fair from March 30 to April 10 will bring together Indiana University services, tools and experts who support research data management and analysis.
Designed for faculty, staff and students, the event centralizes datasets, training opportunities, consultation services and specialized tools that support the full research data lifecycle, from planning and discovery to analysis, sharing and compliance.
Participants can browse over 70 resource booths from units across all campuses and access curated materials that highlight available research data infrastructure and support. Featured resources include:
- Finding grants for graduate students.
- Exploring advanced statistical modeling support.
- Receiving university seed grants for research.
- Accessing comprehensive Indiana community-level data.
- Using IU’s high-performance computing systems.
- Archiving data at IU with Globus and the Scholarly Data Archive.
Attendees may schedule brief one-on-one virtual meetings with IU experts to receive individualized guidance.
The fair is hosted by the IU Research Data Commons, a collaboration among IU Research, IU Libraries and UITS.
