A series of monthly presentations is furthering the IUPUI Center for Translating Research Into Practice’s mission of promoting and broadcasting the important research of IUPUI’s faculty members.

The Center for TRIP Scholar of the Month Conversation Series July speaker is Amrou Awaysheh, associate professor of operations and supply chain management at the IU Kelley School of Business. Awaysheh is the executive director of the IU Business Sustainability and Innovation Lab, and the founding director of the IU IoT Energy Efficiency Lab.

He will give a virtual presentation about his work on “Integrating Sustainability Into Your Life,” discussing the concept of environmental business sustainability and how sustainability can be integrated into business operations and supply chains.

Awaysheh will also share examples of how to leverage sustainability to create business value. The event will be interactive, with opportunities to ask questions.
