Battleships is a life-size version of the classic board game. Teams try to sink each other’s ships — Regatta canoes, in this case — to the bottom of the IUPUI Natatorium pool. This year’s event takes place from 8 to 10 p.m. Sept. 20.

Teams can be three to four people per boat. The cost to register one team is $60. The event is free to attend as a spectator, but a CrimsonCard is needed for admission.
