Registration is open for the next Spring 2023 IU Online Speaker Series discussion, 2 to 4 p.m. April 4.

Savon Sampson, senior director of strategic research at EAB, a consulting firm that specializes in educational institutions, will explain “Mega Stealth Shopping.”

She will discuss behavioral changes among prospective students, who increasingly engage in such “stealth shopping,” rather than responding to traditional marketing and recruitment efforts.

Sampson will also describe how adult learners, as well as Gen Z students, approach the return to school, and how prospects’ expectations for engagement impact institutions’ ability to attract them.

She’ll also provide tips about the kinds of messages and techniques that resonate with today’s consumers.
