Old photos provide a glimpse into fashion trends of the past. This month’s caption contest photo was taken at a restaurant management industry show in 1976, where students were decked out in their finest threads.

With all the plastic in their attire, no wonder the U.S. was vulnerable to the OPEC oil embargo! The picture also shows that photobombing predates smartphones.
