In September’s Caption Contest photo, this photo from 1973 shows U.S. representative and future Indianapolis mayor William H. Hudnut III appearing to tell a fish story about the big one that got away. The fact that he’s wearing scrubs in Riley Hospital for Children increases the oddity of the picture. What’s going on?
