The Indiana University Department of Dermatology, in cooperation with the American Academy of Dermatology, will sponsor free skin cancer screenings from 7 to 9 a.m. May 6 at Campus Health on the Indianapolis campus, as well as at University Hospital and the Eskenazi Dermatology Clinic.

Appointments are required and can be scheduled online.

May is designated as Melanoma/Skin Cancer Detection and Prevention Month by the American Academy of Dermatology.
