Each session costs $10 if payment is made in advance. If space is available, drop-ins are allowed at $15 per session, cash only.

Yoga for emotional balance and healing

The IU Indianapolis Asian Pacific American Faculty and Staff Council is sponsoring a yoga event in October, with a focus on techniques for better emotional balance and to enjoy more fulfilling and productive lives. The classes will be led by Swami Mahesh, a wandering yogi who has conducted yoga workshops at universities around the U.S. and Europe.
Three sessions will be held at IU Health North Hospital Learning Labs, 11700 N. Meridian St. in Carmel:
- 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Oct. 13.
- 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. Oct. 13.
- 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Oct. 14.
