Nominations are open for the IU Bloomington Staff Council’s 2025 elections and are due no later than May 9. You may nominate yourself or a colleague.

Nominees must be full-time exempt staff of the university. Elected individuals will serve a three-year term, from July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2028, and are expected to participate in monthly in-person meetings of the council and serve on one of its committees.

Eligible nominees will be contacted for follow-up information ahead of the actual election, which will take place May 19 to 23.

The Bloomington Staff Council’s mission is to lead the ongoing improvement of university policies and practices to enhance the quality of life for non-union IU Bloomington staff while supporting the university’s mission.
