Campus holiday break hours

For those who will be on campus during the upcoming winter break, here’s a look at openings, closings and adjusted hours for some popular campus facilities and services.
Campus Center
The Campus Center will be closed Dec. 24, 25, 26 and 31. All campus dining is closed from Dec. 19 to Jan. 1.
Campus Recreation
Closed: Dec. 18 and 19, Dec. 24 to 26, and Dec. 31 to Jan. 2.
Hours: On all other days between Dec. 17 and Jan. 7, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., except for Dec. 23 and 30, when it will be open 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
NIFS
The Fitness Center is closed on Christmas day and has shortened hours on Dec. 24, Dec. 31 and Jan. 1.
Natatorium
The competition pool has various hours of availability for lap swim during most days in December. The pool is closed on Dec. 18 to 19, Dec. 24 to 27 and Jan. 1.
JagLine
There will be no JagLine shuttle service Dec. 24 to 26, Dec. 31 to Jan. 2, and Jan. 8.
On all other days, the shuttles will operate under normal service schedules.
Parking on campus
IUPUI will have additional parking permissions from Dec. 20 to Jan. 7.
Herron Galleries
The galleries are closed from Dec. 24 to Jan. 2 and open all other days from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and from noon to 5 p.m. Saturday.
Counseling and Psychological Services
The office will closed Dec. 24 to 31 and will reopens Jan. 3.

Campus Health
The Coleman Hall Clinic will be open from 8 a.m. to noon Dec. 20 to 23 and Dec. 27 to 30. It will be closed Dec. 24 and 31.
Campus Center Student Health will remain closed over winter break.
Health and Wellness Promotion
The Office of Health and Wellness Promotion (CE 350) will be open from 8 a.m. to noon Dec. 20 to 22. It will be closed Dec. 23 to 31, reopening on Jan. 3. There will be no Collegiate Recovery Community support meetings during the holidays.
Housing and Residence Life
Community Offices (within Ball Hall, North Hall, University Tower, Riverwalk):
- Closed from noon Dec. 20 until 8 a.m. Jan. 7.
The Office of Housing and Residence Life (main office):
- Closed from noon Dec. 20 through Dec. 31.
- Returning to regular business hours, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Jan. 3, although it will be closed Jan. 5 for training.
Office of Student Conduct
The Office of Student Conduct will be closed Dec. 24 to Jan. 2.
Office of Student Advocacy and Support
The Office of Student Advocacy and Support will have the following holiday hours:
- In-person hours: 9 a.m. to noon Dec. 20 to 23
- Virtual walk-in hours: 1 to 3 p.m. Dec. 20 to 23
- Closed Dec. 24 to Jan. 2
Paws’ Pantry Hours:
- 9 a.m. to noon Dec. 21 and 22
- Closed Dec. 23 to Jan. 3
- Reopens 10 a.m. Jan. 4
Student and Family Connections
Student and Family Connections Suite 350 hours:

Open for in-person services 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Dec. 20 to 22.
- Closed 23 and 24.

Open for virtual services 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Dec. 27 to 30.

Bepko Learning Center
The Bepko Learning Center will close at 4 p.m. Dec. 17 and reopen at 9 a.m. Jan. 10.
Office of Academic and Career Development
Drop-in hours were suspended starting Dec. 13. Appointments and open advising are available from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Dec. 20 to 23. The office will be closed Dec 24 to 31.
Each school sets their own schedule.
UITS Support Centers
Phone, email and chat support will have the following hours during winter break. Phone calls during closings will route to the UITS Contact Center.
Winter break hours
- Dec. 18: 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Dec. 19: Noon to 4 p.m.
- Dec. 20 to 23: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Dec. 24 and 25: Closed
- Dec. 26: Noon to 4 p.m.
- Dec. 27 to 30: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Dec. 31 to Jan. 1: Closed.
- Jan. 2: Noon to 4 p.m.
- Jan. 3: Resume normal hours.
University Library at IUPUI
- Dec. 19: Noon to 8 p.m.
- Dec. 20 to 23: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- Dec. 24 to 26: Closed
- Dec. 27 to 30: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- Dec. 31 to Jan. 2: Closed
