While the holiday season is a wonderful time of year, it can also be one of the most stressful. Whether your calendar is filled with festivities, solitude or some of both, feelings of anxiety or depression can cause added strain for you and your loved ones. If you’re struggling to get in the holiday spirit, check out these free resources to help you not just survive but thrive this holiday season.

- Keep yourself safe. Discover safer ways to celebrate the holidays from the Centers for Disease Control, or learn how to evaluate your risk before holiday gatherings.
