Virtual series to help you build a better financial future

By IU Human Resources

January 06, 2023

Over 50% of full-time employees in the United States report experiencing stress over finances, which has had a negative impact on their mental and physical health, self-esteem, and workplace productivity.

Building your financial know-how is one of the best things you can do to invest in your financial health and overall well-being.

To help you take that first step toward financial fitness, IU Human Resources has teamed up with campus and industry experts to offer a series of lunch-and-learn sessions to increase financial literacy while focusing on actionable steps to develop healthier financial habits. The sessions are open to employees, residents, and student academic appointees at all ages and career stages, and will feature discussions on:

  • Setting savings goals.
  • Maximizing your IU benefit plans.
  • Tackling your debt.
  • Saving for college and paying off student loans.
  • Investing your health savings account funds.
  • Creating the retirement you want.

Visit the IU Human Resources event calendar to learn more and register. Some sessions are geared toward specific groups, so review the registration page to make sure the information being presented is applicable to you.
