Credit: Photo by Alexandra Anne PhotographyThe Moving Company at IUPUI is a nonprofit dance organization that gives students an outlet for expression and performance, while also fulfilling credits for a dance minor.

Members are freshmen through post-graduate students majoring in a variety of disciplines, including biochemistry, criminal justice, painting, nursing and philanthropic studies.

2023 marks 40 years since the group was formed. A performance celebrating the milestone will be held April 30 at the Scottish Rite Cathedral in downtown Indianapolis. The show will include alumni dancers and guest performances.

The community is encouraged to attend. Tickets cost $10 and can be purchased at the door or online through eventbrite.
