Indiana University has announced two upcoming leadership transitions.
Jason Dudich has been named vice president and chief financial officer effective immediately, after serving as interim in the role since July. He will continue to lead long-range financial and budget planning for the university.
Dudich served in many roles before joining IU, including vice president for finance and administration and treasurer at the University of Indianapolis; Indiana budget director; and associate commissioner and CFO of the Indiana Commission for Higher Education.
“We are excited for Jason to continue in this crucial leadership role for IU, where he has already made significant progress in modernizing our budget model and incentivizing innovation and collaboration across our campuses,” IU President Pamela Whitten said.
Tom Morrison, vice president for capital planning and facilities, has accepted a new role as vice president for facilities at Duke University effective June 1. He will continue in his role at IU through the spring semester.
Morrison has served as IU’s chief capital, facilities, planning and real estate officer since 2009.
“We’re grateful to Tom for his longstanding service to IU, where he has overseen numerous capital and renovation projects across our campuses,” Whitten said. “We wish him well in his new role.”
More information about an executive search will be shared in the coming weeks.
