The Indiana University Board of Trustees approved several personnel appointments during the February meeting at IU Indianapolis, including:

• Brian Pappas, chancellor of IU South Bend and professor of public administration with tenure, effective July 1.
• Robert Q. Berry III, dean of the School of Education at IU Bloomington and professor of curriculum and instruction with tenure, effective April 1.
