Indiana University faculty and staff have a unique opportunity to earn a graduate degree or certificate entirely online — at a significantly lower cost — from the Kelley School of Business Executive Education Programs.

A Kelley School degree can help employees increase their earning potential, transition into new roles and develop expertise in high-demand business areas. Currently, online M.S. degrees are offered in business analytics, finance and information technology management.

Those who aren’t ready to pursue a master’s degree can upskill in days or months with a graduate certificate, professional certificate or short course. Topics include business management, leadership, AI, cybersecurity, negotiations and business analytics.

With flexible courses that open on a weekly schedule, employees can complete their degree on a timeline that fits their personal and professional commitments. Coursework must be completed within each week’s timeframe, but students have the flexibility to choose when they complete their assignments during the week.

Depending on how quickly the employee completes their coursework, some may even earn their degree at little to no cost. An online M.S. degree, for example, is covered by the IU tuition benefit if the employee completes one course per term.

“We encourage employees to take advantage of this incredible opportunity to grow professionally without financial barriers,” said Carolyn Goerner, faculty chair of Kelley Executive Education Programs. “Our flexible online degrees and certificates are designed to help professionals build expertise and advance their careers on their own terms.”
