Guidance is now available for website stewards responsible for completing the migrations of iupui.edu domains to indianapolis.iu.edu by June 30, 2024. This is part of the IU Indianapolis transition process that affects all IUPUI units.

What you need to do

Website stewards are responsible for either completing this work or requesting no-fee support to transition each site. Log in to the Knowledge Base to find the IUPUI Domain Migration Guidelines and technical documentation.

Continue to monitor broken or redirected links on your Siteimprove reports and correct them as soon as possible. You can also contact Tier 2 Support for technical questions or email the Digital Strategy Initiative team at dstrat@iu.edu for non-technical questions or feedback.

Begin taking these steps right away to ensure that there is adequate time to make the switch.

Updating marketing material

In addition to your websites’ URL and branding bar, communicators on all campuses should begin updating marketing materials, social media accounts and email signatures with the new domain name as soon as possible.
