The Indiana University Board of Trustees welcomed three new members at its organizational meeting June 12: James Bopp Jr., Brian Eagle and Sage Steele.
Indiana Gov. Mike Braun appointed the new trustees June 2. He also reappointed W. Quinn Buckner, who currently serves as the board chair.
Bopp and Eagle are attorneys, and Steele is a sports broadcaster. All three are IU alumni.
The IU Board of Trustees has nine members, including a student trustee, all appointed by the governor. All trustees serve a three-year term except for the student trustee, who serves a one-year term.
